By the way, my newest kitten is getting bigger and cuter every day! I've named him Gus, and he is the cuddliest kitten ever. He and Jaba are getting along great now...he actually follows her everywhere and mimics her (he'll sit or lay in the same position as her, right behind or beside her). She doesn't seem to mind the extra attention. :-) Here are a couple photos, although they are a bit blurry...

don't know yet...I've contacted a couple companies that transport animals, but I haven't found any that take pets from Mali.
I'd love to bring them both back, but we'll see if I can swing it!
I'm sure you can find someone that will do it -- the hard part is that you'll most likely have to leave them in quarantine for an extended period of time once you reach the states. My cousins had to do that once when they brought their cat states-side -- from GUAM, no less.
The other option is to throw them at passers-by outside your house as you're catching your ride to the airport.
